Our standard shipping schedule is next business day. However throughout May all orders will be shipped on Wednesdays only. We recommend placing your order by 3pm Tuesday to ensure next day shipping.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Shipping is free on orders over $100.
We use AusPost for all deliveries, meaning you can expect your coffee to arrive within 3-6 business days. If you're located in a remote or regional area, delivery may take a bit longer.
You can upgrade your shipping to 'Express' for an additional charge.
Every order placed will include a tracking number for your convenience.
If you haven’t received your coffee after 6 days, please reach out to us at hello@recordcoffeeroasters.com.au, and we’ll follow up on the status of your order.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For international deliveries, expect your coffee to arrive within 7-14 business days via priority post. If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 days, contact us at hello@recordcoffeeroasters.com.au, and we’ll investigate.
